Germany’s international minister Anna Baerbock has stated she “would no longer stand within the technique” of Poland if they were to ship Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine.
Ukraine has known as on the West to present the German-made tanks which they are saying will encourage them defeat Russia.
But Germany is yet to present the armoured vehicles, and its export legal guidelines halt thoroughly different worldwide locations from sending theirs.
On Sunday, Ms Baerbock stated Poland had no longer yet asked for export permission. Poland’s High Minister Mateusz Morawiecki stated on Monday the authorities would place a question to authorisation from Berlin.
But he stated Poland would ship the tanks to Ukraine, even supposing it change into as soon as no longer granted.
