The Russian forces who score reportedly entered the Ukrainian capital are apparently centred across the northern district of Obolon.
The carefully residential residing is correct 9km north of Kyiv’s parliament and town centre.
Resplendent before 10am local time, Ukraine’s Defence Ministry tweeted that enemy Russian operatives had been within the residing.
