@svandinter @verizon I have a serious beef. I’ve been a customer for probably 10 years plus and I finally caved and switched to an unlimited plan and gave up my 12 Gig plan and it’s been like 8 months and I CONSISTENTLY have like 4 or 5 LTE with Go Unlimited. This was never the case before. Terrible

@Scarter947 @JMorbit The asp is 650 at verizon and 499 with a two year contract. Historically carriers pass on the cost of the device to the customer or take a small percentage of hardware sale. This will come down over time so 325 is low for at least the few years

@Verizon How is it in this day & age that when customer service adds the wrong plan to your long standing business plan, you have to write a LETTER to get it escalated. The plan added was double what was agreed on. Where is the accountability for the rep that misrepresented this?
