Going to end my service with @Verizon , I don’t know when their service got this bad but my signal is horrible everywhere. Takes ages for images and videos to load away from Wifi. But who do I switch to?

@Verizon Unbelievably I’m resorting to Twitter. Ordered new phone on 10/31 for store pickup. Store cancelled the order. Told to call. Called Verizon 4x in next month, each time told refund is coming. Waited 5-7 business days each time. No refund. Reps are kind but no help. (1/2)

@Verizon @VerizonSupport I honestly think there’s a policy to shift information to avoid a valid refund. I even went online later and ordered my new phone successfully. Still no refund in the original order! It’s sad that it’s not obvious to serve a customer who’s gets it. 2/2

Verizon has a box free cable service but even that is apparently very hard to cancel, as is any traditional cable. Hulu TV could work though...

@Verizon How is it in this day & age that when customer service adds the wrong plan to your long standing business plan, you have to write a LETTER to get it escalated. The plan added was double what was agreed on. Where is the accountability for the rep that misrepresented this?
