Verizon has a box free cable service but even that is apparently very hard to cancel, as is any traditional cable. Hulu TV could work though...

@Verizon How is it in this day & age that when customer service adds the wrong plan to your long standing business plan, you have to write a LETTER to get it escalated. The plan added was double what was agreed on. Where is the accountability for the rep that misrepresented this?

@VZWSupport I've talked with 4 people today and no help. I have to write a letter I was told by 3 and one wanted to revamp our entire business plan. Unfortunately, I won't do that over the phone now as I can't trust what I'm being told on the phone.
