@verizon kinda found out that the school wifi doesnt even work with your guys thing when I was in the class room or registering for classes my data was working just fine but when school started my data was sh*t and when I walked in the room with a server it went straight down.

Hey @verizon @VerizonSupport service is absolutely terrible where I am. I'm at my parent's place and my dad has complains tons. Nothing is done and they tell him it's because there's lakes around him.

@tomasumter @JohnLegere Because they have a sub par network compared to Verizon ... can’t expect a German telecom company to come to America and have the best service

Verizon has a box free cable service but even that is apparently very hard to cancel, as is any traditional cable. Hulu TV could work though...

@Verizon How is it in this day & age that when customer service adds the wrong plan to your long standing business plan, you have to write a LETTER to get it escalated. The plan added was double what was agreed on. Where is the accountability for the rep that misrepresented this?

@VZWSupport I have no ******* service with my internet modem and I need it for work. I’ve tried called and the ******* people don’t help and send me to a closed technical support team
